Becoming undeniable starts with believing in yourself. Stoicism reminds us that external opinions don’t define us - our actions and character do.

Such an insightful video! I’ve been trying to adopt a more Stoic approach to life, and this list of topics to avoid is a great way to filter out negativity. It's amazing how much peace we can gain by simply refusing to engage in certain discussions.

The point about avoiding gossip and idle chatter really stood out to me. It is so easy to get caught up in discussing others' flaws or spreading rumors, but as the video rightly pointed out, this detracts from a life of purpose. By choosing to speak with intention, focusing on meaningful conversations, and uplifting those around us, we not only improve our own lives but also contribute positively to the lives of others. This reinforces the idea of living with integrity and aligning our words with the virtues we seek to embody.

Thank you for this inspiring video! 🌟 I deeply resonate with the message of stopping self-undervaluation. The journey of building self-worth and practicing self-love can be challenging, but the way you integrate Stoic philosophy makes it feel more practical and empowering. Could you share more real-life examples or success stories to help others apply these principles more easily? Looking forward to your next content! ❤️

I don’t think that the stoics understand childhood trauma. Curiously I have unknowingly used stoic teachings. Understanding why I constantly apologize has helped me to change that habit. No matter what I do I cannot feel good enough because my outside support is the reason. Getting the vital information late in life has not brought back hope. Without hope, I lose motivation. I have survived more than most can imagine but I am war torn and tired.

@ I am struggling because I am just now finding out about how the childhood trauma effected my circumstances. I looked for answers, I couldn’t find them. It is a lot to sort out at once. I have discovered now that I have been using stoic logic as well. I’m trying to figure out what I haven’t learned yet. I am overwhelmed and frustrated. I have lost motivation and energy. I have learned why people give up. Thank you for your words of wisdom.

This sounds like what I'd been telling people for years. Whenever someone tries to hit me with a burn, I tell them to try harder, I've told worse jokes about myself and they need to bring their A game to the party. Then I just wink and smile, walk away.

Yep, 'he that is without sin can cast the first stone' or 'people who live in glass houses', comes to mind. Stay strong and call on Jesus.

I have give someone money, just as charity because I saw that he maybe need it. I gave him the money (not much, I think 20 Dollars) and he just put it in the pocket and thats it... I will never give someone money that is ungrateful.
