My curiosity is beating out my fear of sounding like an idiot, so here it goes. I found this track when searching for Jason Ojeda's mixes, and although his name is in the title the comments here are making me think that it's got nothing to do with the Jason Ojeda that I'm looking for? It's definitely the same sick music, just confused as to why he'd be in the title. Someone help me 😂

Best track on NE 1 (I have the mixed CD and vinyl release). Heard S&D play this at the NE launch party at the Ministry of Sound. Also that short essential mix ‘from the Zap club turntables please welcome Sasha’.

Lee Burridge (and Tenaglia I think) had this first and I remember Sasha complaining at the Bomb in Nottingham that although he helped Burridge out with loads of new tunes, he wouldn't tell him what this was or help him get a copy
@PaulNolanofficial Жыл бұрын
Correct - Lee discovered it, and it wasn’t until creamfields 1999 did Sasha play it because his records never arrived so he had to borrow vinyl from everyone else in order to play. I know this as Lee is one of my oldest friends and was going to a lot of clubs with him around that time, good old days!

Ah, yes - such an amazing track!! My mate always played this when we DJ'd together at afterparties...that double kick consistently fucked me up!! He managed to mix it perfectly every time because he knew the track so well, and was forever taking the piss out of me for it! Amazing times though, so grateful for tunes like this now because of the nostalgia feels.
