Find a good coop fresh spray that is safe to be sprayed around them. Clean up all dropping daily and then spray that coop spray on the tarp and coop. It will help keep the ammonia smell tamed down and keep your chicks (and you) healthier.

@DaphneDishesAgain that's the weird thing about my babies. They somehow know that chickens are good, but the raccoons are a threat. Now I'm not saying that's all dogs. It's just been a blessing to us. Without the dogs doing anything, the raccoons stay away from the scent. And my chickens are strictly laying hens, so we treat them like pets. Idk if my dogs are good with them because of that or not. Maybe we've just been lucky so far. But good luck with your ventures. Chickens are cool!! Lol

Adding salt to water will raise the boiling point, so it will actually take longer to boil than unsalted water although it's a negligible difference. The real reason to salt the water is the same reason you salt anything, because it adds the yum.

Why is your risotto on a quarter sheet pan? Also, it seems like you made chimichurri but swapped out the cilantro for day old bread.

The risotto was made in a sauce pan per usual and then put in the sheet pan with sauce and shrimp to serve to a dinner party. It is called Green sauce Oh one ingredient that didn’t get recorded was a the white of a hard boiled egg
