Will we still be able to utilize Airbnb’s price rule sets? I have a ton of custom rule sets. Right now the pricing comes from pricelabs to hospitable then pushes to Airbnb. Then I utilize rule sets to have special pricing on top of the pricing coming from hospitable. It doesn’t change the base price but has special pricing for last minute bookings etc on Airbnb. Is this still going to be an option and work the same? It’s something we HEAVILY use for pricing so I’m hoping so!

Yes, you’ll still be able to use Airbnb’s rule sets alongside Hospitable. After upgrading, while Airbnb allows you to edit prices, Hospitable will overwrite your base prices. However, your third-party dynamic pricing tool like PriceLabs will continue to function as it does now, sending pricing to Hospitable, which will then push it to Airbnb. You can still apply Airbnb's custom rule sets, such as special pricing for last-minute bookings, on top of the base price from Hospitable. These rule sets won’t change the base price but will apply for specific scenarios like last-minute bookings, which are essential to your pricing strategy. Keep in mind that Airbnb’s smart pricing will be disabled, but you’ll retain control over fees, discounts, and promotions from Airbnb. So, the way you currently handle special pricing will remain unchanged after the upgrade.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Benjamin to set up his latest accounting software for our STR business and I couldn't be more impressed. Benjamin made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. His expertise and deep knowledge of the software were evident from the start and patiently walked me through every step, ensuring I understood how to use all the features effectively. I hope this software eventually integrates with Hospitable. I will eventually be teaching this software to other STR owners and how to integrate and manage it. He should put more content on KZbin for others to follow.

the problem with Ai not to do to much is easy solveble and you considered about it to much. you can limit it easy and stop ip to do any uncomon situation and to swithch the conversation to the real person

Chargeback is when a guest disputes a transaction that they have made with you. They report to their card provider that this is not a transaction they have willingly made, even if they have in fact done so. We protect against these fraudulent chargebacks.
