I was listening to Ethel Cain -Strangers, imagining a story about a young lady w/ an overprotective mother falling for a free spirited man with an abusive childhood. Sad to think about how the good feelings were there and felt so real until they werent. Ethel Cains Strangers is the backbone of the story but i feel like this song would be there and also Manchester Orchestra - The Silence.
