I didn't see any baking powder, or spices.

The baking powder was already in the flour. If you listen at the beginning of the video you would hear the spices that's been used.

I can smell that through the screen, I used to sit on a Sunday watching religious crap, smelling this recipe. My Auntie Jenny used to do it that way, with me less spices! Hello dear thank you for your support. The name of the curry is. Caribbean Sunshine curry powder or Jamaican Nice hot and spicy curry powder, mix either with Chief duck and goat curry powder, just a little bit of the duck and goat curry powder. The Jasmine Rice is sold at Sam's Club. It's the only Jasmine Rice sold there. I hope you can find the curry wherever you are located. Stay bless.
