1. Tia Carrera/Cassandra sang all of her songs, and she also has a Grammy for singing and voice over work. 2. For me, it's weird seeing Rob Lowe as a heavy. His best performance was playing the deaf/dumb Nick in Stephen King's "The Stand" 3. Brian Doyle Murry is Bill Murry's brother and has been in a ton of movie/tv including two of the Vacation movies. 4. Vincent Fournier/Alice Cooper is a historian, so he loved playing in this thing. 5. He is also a surprisingly good golfer and I've had the privilege of seeing him twice 😎😁 6. Who doesn't love Al Bundy/Ed O'Neil, Chris Farley and Meatloaf? 7. Favorite character: Garth.🤩 8. You need to review Cheech & Chong's, "Up in Smoke".
@Ole_Fin_Dawg9810 ай бұрын
Tia Carrera definitely deserved that Grammy. I’ve never seen The Stand I’ll add it to the list. Fascinating I’ll have to look out for the movies he’s been in and react to them. I did not know that about Alice Cooper but glad he enjoyed being in the film. Al Bundy married with children that’s right I knew I knew him from somewhere. RIP Chris Farley such a lovable goofball I’ll add Cheech and Chong to the list I’ve never seen them.

Star Wars takes several ideas from the book Dune by Frank Herbert on which this film is based. The men with the rolling eyes is Hawat, a Mentat, which is a human computer. Part One follows the book quite well. Part Two makes a lot of changes. I was rather disappointed about it, as someone who knows the book very well, but I guess that for people who have not read the book, it is probably a fun movie.
@Ole_Fin_Dawg9810 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! I plan on reading the book eventually. I like both films, I actually just posted my review for Part 2, I enjoyed it but I understand that the books will always be the better version. I felt the same for Ready Player One. I loved the film when it first came out and then I read the book it was based on, and it kind of ruined my experience for the film afterwards, because the book is so much better.

This movie wasn’t even so bad it’s good, it was just bad and boring. You could feel that no one cared about this material, with poor dialogue and bland performances. The action was so weak and the villain was pathetic. One of the worst comic book movies ever and worst of this year. Great video keep making them 👍
@Ole_Fin_Dawg9810 ай бұрын
Yeah I have no idea what they were trying to pull with the film and that villain was certainly something just trying to ruthlessly killing a bunch of spider-people, the only thing I really liked about the film is the scene where she gets shoved into the water, that was really cool, the rest was boring. Thank You Zach, I appreciate you watching!

Worth Watching? Yes or No ? If you know nothing about the MCU and you just see it as a standalone film.. because I feel like that's what I'm going into it as. I've not got any streaming services with Marvel content, I haven't seen all of the MANY individual Marvel universe movies, I just really liked the look of this from the trailer and feel like going to the cinema to treat myself. Even if all these characters are supposed to be in the same universe, I'm perfectly happy to let directors push their cinematography and look for a film.. Multiverse of Madness is a good example, directed by legendary horror guru Sam Rami, I loved the horror aspects and the use of CGi was great and unique (I love the piano and instrument fight with the flying musical notes). So what if that character then appears next to the family friendly bright colours of Spiderman.. a movie is supposed to frame the story in whatever way it seems best. (It's quite similar to my job actually - I work in music production and mastering. So, I have to take a song and present it in the best way possible. I take the best takes of the performance and I use all sorts of filters and effects that you would NEVER hear if the song was played live to give you the best experience of it overall. Which makes it almost superhuman, but the trick is to make it appear natural) So.... overall out of 10, what would you give Madam Web?
@Ole_Fin_Dawg9810 ай бұрын
If they hadn’t of used the title Madame Web and used the teenage girls more… than yes I would say it was worth watching but since they make so many pointless remarks and eastereggs towards Spiderman and other things and the story doesn’t know what it’s trying to tell at all, I think it could of used a lot more work but I do believe that somewhere in the first iteration of the script we could of gotten a better story, maybe in another timeline. It takes a lot for me to not enjoy a movie, I’d rate it like a 5 out 10. Edit I really enjoyed Multiverse of Madness the musical fight scene is one of my favorite superhero fight sequences it’s up there with the daredevil hallway scene and the GOTG Vol 3 scene, there’s a way better multiverse movie made but they are their own stories and I loved what Sam Raimi did with multiverse of madness. Madame Web though is just a huge mess of a movie with so many plot holes, bad dialogue, but phenomenal actors. It was just a very dull movie that had me amused at times but it needed more work in the writing process for sure.
@MOSMASTERING10 ай бұрын
@@Ole_Fin_Dawg98 Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! MCU movies just feel like they're phoning the script in - and all in order to advance the overall "mega-plot" that exists only to encompass entire an universe of characters. It's such a shame.. I honestly don't know if Marvel will recover from putting out these weak movies. The 'misses' certainly affect the overall perception of the franchise in a negative way. As you mentioned - most of the time, the only way in which these movies have ties to the overarching universe is through brief nods, references and from eagle-eyed viewers catching easter eggs.. meaning they don't care about the quality of the standalone plot enough to let it stand on its own. It has to be linked to a more successful property. Was it I that mentioned the Dr Strange musical fight scene? Because you said what I thought - it was one of the best scenes in the movie! I have no doubt that a better film would have materialised had Sam Rami been given complete autonomy over the making of Strange 2. You catch can his fingerprints all over it before they're washed away by corporate meddling. In fact... I wrote an entire thesis on the correlation between the success of a movie and its sequel increased budget. Therefore - an an increased budget means increased managers, producers, investors and script consultants... leading to feeling the need to prove their worth! Ending with a total and complete mess... also meaning... "Too many cooks spoiling the broth!"

No Problem! I love chatting about anything Marvel. I believe that the MCU can come back, I think the reason all these films are failing over at Marvel, Lucasfilm, Pixar, and Disney are because of one man and one man only... his name is Bob Chapek, and Bob Iger should never have handed over the reigns of Disney to Chapek. He pushed everything to Disney Plus, pushed all the franchises to do more than they could handle and he ruined the brand, but now that Bob Iger is back, he's slowly fixing the company and bringing it back to life. It'll take some time but in a year or two It'll get better. If you take a look you can already see improvements, they pushed basically all of the MCU back a year besides Deadpool 3, they are going through re-writes on multiple projects, we finally have the cast announced for Fantastic Four. On the Disney side of things Moana 2 is being changed from a disney plus series to a full length theatrical release, we got our first glimpse of what Stitch will look like in the Live-Action Lilo and Stitch, the only thing i can think of currently that they could improve upon more would be to not focus on the big franchises all the time and make original stories again like the 2000s Disney and DCOM films. P.S. I have a community discord if you'd like to join and chat about marvel anytime.

This was so bad. I’m honestly not a fan of the franchise. The best one for me is probably 2. This was obviously made cheap, even though the budget is $100 million. You’d never know it’s that high. The new characters I didn’t care for and the obvious green screen through out made this feel like a movie made back in the early 2000s. One of the worst of the year for me.
@Ole_Fin_Dawg98 Жыл бұрын
I'm a fan of the franchise but this one was lacking in story and cameos by older action stars, I didn't mind the few of the younger stars joining but I would of liked a cameo by Clint Eastwood, Kurt Russell, Jackie Chan, Danny Trejo, etc. It did feel cheaply made than normal. I didn't notice any of the green screens. The worst of the year would still have to be Quantumania for me that was a disaster of a film.

That’s your opinion my dude, I liked the movie I know the cgi was a lil wonky but I believe that for the most part the cgi was meant to look like that while Barry is going fast, but I also understand that there were some cgi mistakes that were not a part of those scenes either, still doesn’t bother me at all. I love movies, I always have and I always will, I may have loved books first but that doesn’t disqualify me as a “movie” person. I didn’t really care for the synderverse films honestly, I enjoyed Man of Steel but that’s the only one. I like Zack Snyder’s other work like Army of the Dead, 300, Watchmen, and even Sucker-Punch, but the way he has portrayed Superman in his other films after Man of Steel was wrong like where’s the symbol of hope, the god that were suppose to look up to. Coy Jandreau has said before, that Superman should not reflect the world, but that the world should reflect Superman and I believe the same thing. James Gunn and Peter Safran are the best choices for making a compelling universe that will be dark when it needs to be and at the same time be fun and joyful. I’m excited for Andrés Muschietti to direct at least the first Batman film for the DCU, he has already shown us that he can work with other peoples artistic outlooks and perspectives on Batman and I’m ready to see his vision of Batman, I just hope he doesn’t do anymore daylight fighting Batman. Michael Keaton literally taught us how the multiverse works in DC as well as showing Barry what really needed to be done in able for him to go back home, he may of said one or two fan service lines and that was it. I’m not really sure what you mean by he was just there for fan service, maybe you and I watched two totally different films or maybe we just have different opinions on the same film. Either way is fine, everyone has their own opinions on film. You should consider that, next time you leave a comment. Film ratings and reviews are totally subjective.

Also loved it ;) By the way, this movie created the PG-13, it didn't exist before so it was conceive to be a just PG movie (so imagine with all the innuedos and horrifying scenes ^^). It's a shame it was a deleted scene but originally there was a moment where short round accidentaly burned a guard during his escape and noticed he didn't know what was happening and this how he understood that fire could cancel the black spell. And about Willy, she's not a woman of action so her attidute of being stoic or afraid makes total sense, in fact, her punch was a real miracle but she did get the antidote and a all lot that saved indy more than once during this movie that we unfortunetly forget easily :(

Thank You again Marie, I appreciate the comments. I think I had heard that before about the PG-13 rating, wasn't it Spielberg who came up with the rating being called PG-13? @@Ole_Fin_Dawg98 Honestly, I think it's a good thing that you know nothing about it so I won't give any infos this time ;) But I can say it's on the same level as the first 2 movies. It's a shame that people talk less about the indiana jones movies because when we talk about perfect trilogies we often say star wars, the lord of the rings or back to the future but rarely indiana jones unfortunetly which is a mistake because it is like these trilogies : 3 very good films. And they are very differents all three of them (raiders, temple and crusade). And about the rating, the mpaa was very confused with temple of doom because it was too violent to be considared as a family PG movie but not as violent and mature to be a R-rated movie so they had to create a middle-one (I don't know if it was Spielberg himself who came up with that idea though but it might be him)
