Unfortunately, customer support for this product is non-existent, and they are very dishonest with their pricing. The software is good, the support, pricing and sales tactics are not.

There are no limits on Synder side, only if the connected platform has some restrictions (for example, PayPal gives access only to 3 previous years) And yes, Synder works with Affirm and Walmart! Hello! You can run a Balance Sheet report in Synder Books for the Taxes Payable account. It currently displays tax amounts for individual transactions for the given period, but doesn’t estimate the quarterly total.

Hello! Yes, you can also categorize different Amazon fees, like advertising. As for this, you can use a rule or simply adjust Synder settings for Amazon. To do it, go to the “Settings” on the left-side menu in Synder → click on “Sync settings” for Amazon → click on “Create additional settings” → select “Advertising” → under the “Advertising” setting created , go to the “Fees” tab → select the category needed → click on “Update”. N.B. You can select a separate category the same way for other Amazon fees. :)

When I try to connect to quickbooks it does not give me the option to connect to an existing account. Only an option to create a new quickbooks account. How can I connect my existing quickbooks account?

Hello! The safest way to move on is to make sure you are logged into QuickBooks account and your QuickBooks is up and running in the browser. Then in the new tab open Synder and move on with the connection according to the video, Synder will intelligently know what account you are logged in and will use it during the connection.
