They also promise delivery of 5 airframe per month which means 60 aircraft per year. Su-57 production rate is terribly low at 10 airframe per year and half of it goes to Russia Airforce. So, it will take 4 years to assemble just one squadron of Su-57 while you can assemble 3 squadron of F-21 in just one year. Quantity is a quality by itself.
