Nice Video. did as you asked and was interesting with my following observations. 1. Huberman is good, he uses and properly says DATA ( DAAYTAA) and not (DAAHTU) a pet peave of mine, and his study was a good one 2. The only distracting thing from the video was his hair. Need a new style, and he suffers from MONSTER Cowlicks. I digress. 3. Try to take my morning coffee away and someone gets shanked! 3. An obivous solution is to drink coffee all day to lose weight and keep your cortisol levels high, to again deal with people trying to take coffee away, and this improving your shanking skills. 4. Follow the Science, when the science can give you imperical evidence and data, not just a single minded opinon, and trying to gain subscribers. 5. DRINK MORE COFFEE ! That is all! 😎

Rapid weight loss is not a good sign in a cat. Best to pick the cat up and step on the weight scale so you can tell if this is happening. It's easy to tell visually if a short haired cat is losing weight, but hard with a long haired cat. I could never justify the cost of a self cleaning litter box with a single cat. If you have several cats, then I think it is easier to justify. I would just look at the "carrying cost" per cat per month. Factor in the fancy litter required for use in these mechanical devices. The cat is the item you are maintaining, not the poop stream. And the urine is probably more of an issue in any case. No real point in breaking the cost down per turd. Doing so reminds me of a Boss I once had who wanted to close the accounting books at the University on the last day of the period. As if doing so would have any benefit at all. It's government accounting. It doesn't matter whether you finish the reconciliation on day zero or 14 days later. The State Comptroller doesn't care. Usually, the simplest process that meets the requirements is the best one. As long as the cat's don't get upset about the condition of their litter box and find someplace else to make their deposits, you are winning! Most such purchasing decisions are made based on emotion and then justified after the fact. That's human nature.

Wizamet was a Polish Firm that manufactured DE blades under the Brand "PolSilver SI" and razors under the brand Wizamet. Their products were top tier and distributed to the USSR and to Soviet Client States. They were purchased by Gillette after the USSR fell. Manufacture of the razors was terminated. Manufacture of the blades was moved to St. Petersburg. Over time the branding of the PolSilver blades was changed to Wizamet. Distribution continued to former Soviet Client States. Those are the broad brush strokes of the history of the Wizamet Super Iridium DE blade. It is unclear whether these blades are still in production, or whether DE blade manufacture in St. Petersburg will continue at all after Gillette terminated their contracts in Russia. The primary market for these blades seems to be Morocco.

For milk cleaning just select milk froth from machine and connect the tube to glass so it sucks hot water for quick rinse right after milk drink. So you basically never have to do the deep clean with tablets
