Namaste sir! Meri mother ka MRI Fistulogram hua tha. Report mai ye likha hua hai - "A linear T2/STIR high signal intensity intersphincteric tract seen on the left side of perianal region which is showing blind ending with internal opening at the 7 O' clock position of the anal canal. No obvious external opening onto skin surface seen. The internal and external sphincters appear normal. The levator ani muscle appears normal on both sides, Urinary bladder and urethra are normal." Kya ye Pudendal Neuralgia hi hai? Nerve compression hai? Thank you 🙏🏻

I wonder if epididymus is sometimes wrongly diagonised wrongly instead of prudenial nerve problems. I had orchitis epididymus treafed with oxflaxucin for two weeks now l have penis,scrotum,groin and thigh pain. I have Nitofurantoin once a day at night awaiting to see a urologist. Very distressing condition. I do wonder if hip arthritis can aggravate such a condition.

Doctor will not put me on anymore anti biotic at the moment due to me developing possibly anti biotic resistance. I wonder if it is worth having the epididymus removed if the infection cannot be resolved. No Uti or Sti detected. I also get a drag sensation in my right testicle when l walk sometimes as if it is being pulled upwards.

What local anaesthetic???? THEY DID NOT Put me under local anaesthetic!! I was screaming like my fingers jammed under a heavy truck!! What a butcher!!😠 It heals my frozen shoulder, but I was SO Sore for the first 2 days!! Bloody painful!
