Frack your average speed was on almost 5-10MPH more in most sections vs my 2:03.1 lap.... Mind Blowing. I have work to do.

Is your car tuned to rev higher than stock? We have the same car and my 4th gear tops out under 102MPH.

I swapped to 4.1 differential. 2017+ come with 4.3 which has shorter gearing.

Solid grip and consistent for 6 laps. Grip level is comparable to rs4. I would try rt660 if you are going fast lap times.

Thanks for sharing. Was at the event and it was my first time. Could only muster a 2:13 but I know there was more time on the table and this help kinda entry and expected exit speeds with a solid line

Ya Chuckwalla is tricky, takes a few times to get used to it. I ran a 2:13 my first time as well, all about seat time ;)

What psi do you run these tires at?

I target 34 psi hot, but anywhere between 34-38 psi works depending on your preference. I recommend using a Pyrometer to dial in tire pressure.

That was a close call at the end there, yikes, haha! Chuckwalla's new surface is super low grip, especially on the GT radials I was several seconds off the pace from my previous visit. I wouldn't put too much weight on how the car felt there if you are still adjusting. I just put in my pre-order for the CSG Flex A, how are you liking them so far?

Those tires are screaming! How do the GT radials compare to a RT615K or similar 200tw? --- I'd like to visit the track sometime.

The GT Radial SX2 is 260 TW tire so I would imagine 1-2 seconds slower. But they are consistent and last a while. Highly recommend Chuckwalla!

Solid lap time. I am stoked we are finally getting the 86CUP action over here in the South East. I will be running with them at the 86CUP round 2 in August. I drive a stock BRZ with 225/45's RT660 tires, Coilovers, sway bar pads and a JR OC.
