That SS86 Optimus might be the last Optimus I buy, it just feels as close to perfect as it could be without costing hundreds more dollars. Definitely a worthy #1. Aracagorr and Ko'mo are the only other two I have from this ten, both tremendous figures.

Bill, a masterful ranking system. You covered everything realistically that could be used to rank action figures. The Praetorian standard release is one I covet. I did manage to get the exclusive before it went out of stock. I missed the window for the Series 5 version. I hope the ordering will open up in the new year. The exclusive is fun and seems to match most of the criteria you used; the paint apps being the big distinction. Superb video ✌️

Savage Crucible is easily by number one by far(apart from Aracagorr from Mythic Legions ofcourse) my only gripe with them is their sparse availability on the retail market. I can’t seem to find them in stock across most retailers in Canada

Ninian soldier will be in my top figs of 2025. I missed the knight and skeleton. I know those bodies are in the Necronomicus wave so I’ll get them in 2025. I just have a few of these snake soldiers. Not missing these. Love Arracagor too. I didn’t get many Legions this year. Kalian Shunn and Oper-a-tiv 83 I got in Cosmic. Enjoy them both. 83 is my first TU5CC sentry body. I love all the color. I got the blue Marley and Ghost of Christmas Past. Very good figures. I got Zende too. He’s my Wizard Warrior. He travels with Arragacor in my head cannon. Lean year for me. Next year is going to be quite a few.

Good stuff! Classified is my favorite line so they get their own top ten. I didn’t get many Legions this year but when Necronimicus lands I’ll have loads. Loads with All Stars too. So 2025 will have a top ten list for Legions for sure but Arragacor is my all time favorite Legions figure. I too got the Praetorian figures from Valaverse. One black/red and one blue/green. Love em! Absolute hand candy like Jada Street Fighters and Spero Toys AWOK. They are insane. I love my Swarm figures and these are just as awesome. Most bang for buck. Jada edges out Spero Toys and these Valaverse for me. Cammy is awesome! Spero will press for top next year I think with the Robo arm Fox and their lions. But Jada will be releasing the Scooby Doo figures and oh boy I’m excited for those! I’m also really stoked about Plunderstrong Skiff. Anyway. Loads of fantastic toys this year. Araccagor and Dragonfly with Wild Bill are my favorites for the year. So dang awesome! I bought that Prime but haven’t opened it yet. I enjoyed Dinobot Swoop quite a bit. I guess fun for another time. Savage Crucible are cool. I got a few. I am glad they gave us replacement feet. Anyway, it was a great year of collecting. Oh crap how can I forget the Sleepwalker from Operation Monster Force. The Crimson soldier is outstanding hand candy with all those hoses and connectors. Awesome figure!

I'm glad they decided to finally start making waist pieces without thigh armor like that's on the new templars, completely changes the look and adds so much more depth

I had that Prime and it's the best retail Transformers figure Hasbro has made to date; sold the Prime to buy some of my more priority figures. For me: The Look - Star Lord from GotG3 (Hot Toys) BfyB - Duke from GI Joe (Mezco) Hand Candy - Wolverine from Secret Wars wave (Hasbro) Lore/Character - Odo from Star Trek: DS9 (EXO-6) Wow Factor - Odo from Star Trek: DS9 (EXO-6) Yup, again. I never thought I’d have amazing looking figures of past Trek characters, made with this high level of quality. I stare at this figure, constantly. As a favourite character (of mine), I couldn’t be happier with it.

That was a solid list. I don't have a single one of those, which speaks to the volume of great independent stuff out there. I fell into Animal Warriors of the Kingdom hard this year. I also started on Operation: Monster Force, which would give Valaverse a run for its money in the Bang for Buck category.

He looks fantastic! I like that they actually took his tail into account and have his armor reflect that instead of just designing human armor and sticking a tail on his butt. I'm gonna have to look into getting these guys.

Appreciate the vid and the info bud! Was wondering if you had any info on the tail of the snake though (bottom half)? For example could I lay the snake completely flat? Coil him up? I can see different articulated pieces but I'm not sure how much movement is really there. Thinking about it now, in order to stand upright the bottom must be pretty flat too? Hope you had a nice xmas.

My figure’s “backpack” piece just doesn’t stay in the slot on her back. Falls right off, so I have to use the long sash piece to wrap tightly around it and her. Along with the hair it secures it loosely but can’t get a really epic pose of her because of it. 😞

Oh man they came out so good can't wait to get them in hand
