He's good but not the best. I'd say he's more of a hybrid tank dps rather than a true dps. Unlike moon knight, I multiple times wiped out an entire team in like 15 seconds

Mr fantastic is amazing with a half decent team but by himself hes kinda garbo, he works more like a tank than a dps but still hits like a truck, people say his ult sucks but if you do it somewhere with a roof it goes crazy

Indeed and it’s amazing for flanking behind and pulling healers away for a quick kill. You can also go toe to toe with tanks for a min high makes him even better.

@chrisd.goat9146 I move up to front line while I'm inflated then hit the reflect while I'm backing up to mid, do 2-3 attacks and your back to inflated to keep smacking the front line, it works amazingly, also you can keep his inflate number at around 99% by using his "back shot" (lol) every time it hits 69%

@@chrisd.goat9146 before you even leave spawn hit your "back shots" on your team twice and your grab, it puts you at I think 80 or 90% inflate, then by the time you hit 69% you'll have another "backshot" which will put you around 95-99%, keep it there and its one punch when the fight starts and you'll inflate

@@chrisd.goat9146 oh another thing, idk if you noticed but his attacks actually swing, so if you attack then swing your cam in a direction he'll hit everyone he swings through before his fist comes back, so if 3 people are in a line you can swing one attack and hit all 3 even if you miss initially

If you take loadout advice: Eruptor is good for clearing voteless groups quickly (they can bleed out if they're hit with fragments) and it deals effective damage against Overseers (normal and jetpack variants), and it can stunlock Harvesters. Senator has low ammo but can one or two tap Overseers and causes straight damage through their armor. It's also effective against Harvesters if you hit their joints. Incendiary or High Explosive Grenade are good choices (Thermite isn't as effective against enemies in this grouping and grenades are better for enemy clearing). I run 500KG (always a good choice), Anti Material Rifle (you can damage Harvesters before they see you, or land headshots or jetpack shots on Overseers which is an instant kill), Jetpack (to maneuver to better firing positions or to get out of bad situations), and Machinegun Sentry (it damages all enemies effectively enough, but it can be replaced with other defensive drops to control whatever you're having problems with. Don't use mortars though unless you're going to use Static, as the enemies are generally fast enough to avoid the bulk of the damage)

Well... Not wanting to sound pedantic but the illuminate can, In fact be beaten reasonably well, on hardest difficulty. Keep diving, don't give up, and learn about the best strats and you'll be mowing them down in no time

@@chrisd.goat9146 I recommend an adjustment to your equipment though. I don't know what's the top meta these days but I really like the guard dog backpack and the Gatling sentry : they kill voteless and overseers rly well. Then you might want 1 support weapon : the MGs are good at clearing hordes. But you might want an AT option instead to kill tripods The last one is up to you. Grenade pistol in secondary is great at killing tight groups and also their warp ships

@@chrisd.goat9146 It kinda is, strafing run ain't really gold and the electric shotguns short range does not do you favors Heavy machine gun is pretty universal against everything not voteless, after take down shields Expendable Anti Tank takes care of walkers Scorcher is a good against pretty much everything except the tripods, but most weapons can easily mow down voteless Gas grenades or orbital gas strike are great when basic weapons arent enough for the voteless and you are getting swarmed I like to run with a jet pack to get to roof tops

@@unformedeight i agree with most of this except the strafing run part. i really love strafing run against illuminates as utility as well as a get off me tool. not only does it help chunk away at voteless in city areas, it pretty much instantly pops bubbles of tripods as well as shielded outposts. that makes it a pretty well-rounded tool for softening enemies and when used alongside the heavy machine gun or autocannon (or maybe a recoilless if you dont mind the longer reload times in return for the ability to shoot down dropships). aside from that i couldnt agree more especially on the gas grenade or honestly stun grenades work well too for getting swarms off of you

They are the easiest faction, go with crossbow, revolver, impact, light armor, machinegun, ar guard dog, 500kg/120barrage and rocket turret and just run and destroy everything
