I would need new underwear if Bobby Flay challenged me to a throwdown. I grew up watching him on Food Network. He was the reason I went to culinary school (in Louisville, of course. Sullivan, to be exact). I idolize that man, so to see him in my hometown, making our signature dish, was pretty cool

It was the traditional untoasted bread. This dish needs to be true to the original which was the untoasted bread. I agree, french toast, though probably a flavor enhancer, was a bad choice in kentucky.

Why use the end of the tomato with green on the end? Use 2 middle section cuts.

Id love to have this made using large crisousants for the bread bit of smoked cheddar, or smoked gouda cheese melted into the gravy, touch of fresh rosemary or parsley ,n thyme chopped on the gravy, the gravy made from a rue using fresh butter from the farm nice n white touch of turkey juice, evaporated milk n spring water thicken slightly then add some parmasan cheese into gravy a bay leaf, salt n pepper, maybe ground green pepper corn, or white pepper, roasted turkey breast, small roasted a natural farmed turkey injectecd with salt, butter, garlic, and clover honey touch of lemon juice and roasted turkey seasonings on the outside, nice farmers tomatoe with lots of acidity, or sliced splashed with balsmic vinegar and olive oil, salt pepper and on placed on a smokey girl with hardwood coals n apple n hickory wood for the smoky flavor, might even put the sliced turkey breat briefly in on grill with the smoke about 45 seconds for the great aroma smokey flavor, put it together n have cheese slightly browned, or use brioche or italian bread. the bacon I would be picky on as well, also sprinkle with fresh sea salt on the tomatoes

I like the French exchange at the end. Put a nice touch of Louisville’s history. Named after king Louie for his French navy assistance during the American Revolutionary War.

Looks like some improvised trailer park stoner shit. I find it very hard to believe that most people wouldn't have chosen Bobby's. It looked WAY better. I can only imsgine someone who grew up on this shit would choose the one with untoasted white bread and raw tomato
@carolrigby22173 жыл бұрын
They put it in a broiler so the tomato was roaster and the bread would be hot and a bit like pizza dough.

No matter how stupid and negligent Obama managed the economy, they survived. Real good for them.

The Great Recession was under President Bush. It began around 2007/2008, and the country started pulling out of it later in 2009, after President Obama took office in January 2009. You need to give credit where credit is due, and lay blame where blame is due. I would suggest you put your country ahead of your political party. I am so glad I have no party affiliate, as I vote for both parties, whichever one will do the most good for the American people as a whole.

***** Someone who sharpens. " She honed her knife razor sharp." So to translate, To be challenged by Bobby would mean you are an expert blade sharpener because Bobby doesn't challenge non-honers. Makes perfect sense.
