Do you know the USS Enterprise in Star Trek never got anywhere close to leaving the Milky Way galaxy? I think I saw the planet Vulcan was something like 19 light years away from Earth and the planet Romulan or something like 40 light years away from Earth. The Milky Way Galaxy is supposed to be 100,000 light years across.

I've been watching some space stuff lately and they said Andromeda Galaxy is 2.5 million light years from the Milky Way and it is 200,000 light years across and it contains 1 trillion Stars. ...... Next, that there is a really super huge Galaxy out there somewhere. I forget what they call it, how big it is, or how far away it is. But I recall something like 1.6 billion light years away from us.

So if the Observable Universe is 150 billion light years across, how far across is the Unobservable Universe?

"BLACK HOLES" DO THEY OR DON'T THEY !!! Hate to disillusion everyone, but there is still NO solid proof whatsoever that "Black Holes" exist. Indeed they are a purely "Theoretical" possibility, and a number of more rational alternatives by RESEARCH SCIENTISTS (Not Theoretical Scientists) exist. Theoretical Science implies that there is a Black Hole at the Centre of every Spiral Galaxy, but NONE of the Three alternative Theories for Black Holes, can rationalise the "Black Hole" to comply with the Basic LAWS of Physics ! So any claims by anyone that they have pictures of such things is quite simply a LIE. More Rationally at the Centre of Spiral Galaxies you have a well known and proven Plasma Electric feature called a "Plasmoid". Well known that is, in the Electrical Engineering Industry, and something that can, and has been, recreated in the Laboratory. What is a Plasmoid ? It is a natural reaction (and complies with the Laws of Physics), to the existence of Plasma and Electricity in large quantity, as found at the centre of any Galaxy, including our own. The incoming "Birkeland Currents" (Massive Universe wide Electrical Flows) that concentrate at the centre of a Galaxy and mix with the large quantities of Plasma also found at these points, results in the breakdown and distribution of the Electrical Flow. Indeed the "Birkeland Current" gets broken into flows that then feed each arm of a Spiral Galaxy. Every Star in the Universe requires an electrical Flow to function ! Or it will simply grow dim and die as a Star. If you switch off a Star for the sake of this example you will find Stars are simply "charged" Gas Giants. Something only recently discovered ! Indeed as NASA has film of the behaviour & movement of the 16 gigantic Stars at the centre of our own Galaxy, and one of these Stars in this time exposure film is clearly seen to move right through the exact axis (centre) of our Galaxy, without disappearing down an imaginary Black Hole. In other words "Black Holes" are nothing more than another "THEORECTICAL Science" money spinner ! A "Theory" does NOT become accepted Science until it is raised to the level of "Scientific Law" as controlled by the relevant Institute for that Branch of Science. And the "Institutes" in charge of each branch of Science require RESEARCH material and "Proofs" before that can happen. In other words Science has to have some "Fundamental Rules" or the whole of Science would simply degenerate into Science Fiction, or if you like "Theoretical hypothesis" !
