Hi, you didn't mention anything about antenna gain. There is "Internal Antenna Gain" visible on your config output (21:23 minute). Does Tx power level take into account antenna gain? Is antenna gain already included or not?

Thanks for the video.I am trying to customize the email template. The CMS web app is not loading the content instead it loads the default template. I created a folder and added all the call branding files and the invitation_template*.txt. I highlighted all the files and zipped it.then i renamed the zipped file to : call_branding.zip. the call bridge load the background image

I really could have used this video 6 months ago. The momentum thing was cool but otherwise I could teach this course. My WxCC desktop uses the Salesforce plugin along with the iFrame widget. Integrating Salesforce with WxCC needs it's own course.

Why you would want ot cascade Calendars: If you have many UCCX triggers eacht with their own business hours, but shared hollidays. Since UCCX lacks the option of calculated holidays (holidays based on easter for example), you would have to update all calendars every year. Using one shared Holiday calendar will allow you to only have to update one holiday calendar each year.

My position on the queue is giving me negative 1. I know you mentioned it while creating this script. But when you started testing it showed as 1 on the debug. How do I get mine to show 1?

Sounds like you might be experiencing a “null value”, which is producing a -1. We suggest putting several calls in queue to determine if the value changes audibly, and correctly for each additional call. If not, sounds like a problem with the formula not reading/interpreting the correct value.

Looking at Cisco documentation, www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/icm_enterprise/icm_enterprise_11_6_1/User/Guide/ucce_b_scripting-and-media-routing-guide116/ucce_b_scripting-and-media-routing-guide1_chapter_0111.html#CCMP_RF_C347B965_00, that is not doable. There are notes that: - Dynamic formula for PQ is only supported in the IF node. - Only Peripheral Variables and User defined ECC Variables are allowed within the curly brackets of a Dynamic Expression. In other words, what will work is using {Call.PeripheralVariable10} as a part of the PQ name in an IF node. Such as PQ.{Call.PeripheralVariable10}.Avail. BTW, Formula Editor offers {} as an option for PQ and Business Hours, but not for SkillGroups. I suspect where Custom Functions becomes useful is if you have a complex formula that you want to resolve for SG1, SG2, and SG3, or PQ1, PQ2, and PQ3. You would need to call the function three times, once for each PQ or SG. If you only want to call the function once but resolve the name of the PQ or SG at run time, the validity check seemed to think that it is too ambiguous.

So the company I work for the SecOps team requested I block/disable IPv6 for all Windows 10 and 11 devices. But now we have devices that require it, ugh. How can I explain this to them that there's less threat if the firewall blocks attacks from external and internal?

Thank you for this video. It saved me time knowing that you can only use those custom files for selecting certain phones/devices and then doing a bulk edit with the same parameters for all of the phones in the query. Is there a way to update individual descriptions in bulk? i.e. I'd like to populate different descriptions for each phone in a csv or text file.

I HATE Webex Contact Center. I was hired as a Director at a company where I thought I'd be doing Infrastructure management work but was hit with supporting this piece of sh-t application. Trained for the 'expert' cert and passed by the skin of my teeth due to an instructor that was the worst I have ever seen. Not a DAY goes by where multiple clients are calling due to issues with this app. It's to the point where I'm ready to quit.
