This is my ’96 Caprice featured in the video. In my opinion, Stitched By Slick's celebrity clientele interior builds create a misleading impression about the quality of work provided to the every day customer. As someone with over 15 years of experience serving clients professionally, my success has been built on delivering high standards of service and value to every individual. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been disappointing. From my perspective, if you’re not a celebrity client, you can expect poor communication, extended turnaround times, and a lack of attention to detail. While I’m not completely dissatisfied with the overall quality of the build, there were several oversights that I would not expect at this price point, including: • Tears in the vinyl, visible both inside and outside the vehicle • Tears in the suede accents • Door panels on all four doors were not wrapped or painted -mismatched with the new interior • Seatbelt buckle covers left unpainted and mismatched with the new interior • Visor mirror housings (interior) left unpainted and mismatched with the new interior • The vehicle alarm rendered inoperable • Missing components for the Alpine head unit After taking delivery of the vehicle, I immediately emailed the owner detailing these oversights and requested a phone call to discuss a resolution. He replied stating that he would fix the issues and call me at his earliest convenience. Nearly two months later, I have yet to receive a call. I have followed up by email as well as phoned in to the shop. This lack of communication was also an issue during the 9 months my vehicle was at the shop, where returning my occasional calls was not a priority. I am now seeking quotes to address the unresolved issues myself.
