A big and warm thank you for this excellent demonstration, sir. 👍 I've been double-thumbing and using my index and middle fingers for years when slapping, but for some reason it never occurred to me that I could actually lead with my left hand with hammer-ons. 😅 You just opened my mind for a ton of new possibilities. 😎

thank you! this is a '90 325is. the engine i put in was from a '99 BMW M3. with the mods i currently have on it it's closer to only around 260 hp or so...

this video has made me so confident in that even amazing players with great technique (like you) can slap with a down thump. i've spent ages trying to speed my parallel thumb technique and although it sounds clearer and fuller, it just cant match the speed and percussiveness of the down thumb. thank you Adam
