Do you have a design for 20 lactating cows? Essentially a total herd size of about 38 - calf stock, growing stock and adult stock? The calf pen & young stock areas are not visible from the video.

Why is the pump installed at the downstream section of the pump? That's totally wrong installation setup. Pumps are always installed at the upstream section of flowmeters. With your setup, the meter will read anytime the pumps is powered even if there is no fuel for discharge because it with suck air through the flowmeter. Positive displacement meters work under fluid pressure not the other way round.
