Hello, Thank you for sharing the photo of Mrs Quah. I knew Mrs Ursula T Quah. She was my main teacher. I was in 3T and 4T class in 1974. I went to Bukit Merah Vocational Institute the year after., but lost contact with everyone. Ah, I was in the NPCC and hockey team too. I still have some photos of the hockey team and hopefully i could find the photo class in the year 1974. Thanks again.

Yes that was the late Choo Seng Quee who had been a pre war HMS Malaya Cup player for Singapore before the war.But for Seng Quee Singapore would not have won the 1977 Malaysia Cup. He was the advocated of the ball doing all the work on the pitch.He says,"The more you think,the less you run.Let the ball be your slave.Let the ball do all the running.After all the ball does not get tired."Yes that was Seng Quee's motto as it was Selangor whose players did all the running in the second leg of the 1977 Malaysia Cup semifinal and paid the price.In the last fifteen minutes they were crawling.
