In case of excess,we can also use the controlling element.Liv3 would work too right?Which would be more effective?Sedating or controlling?n what’s the need to sedate the child?That would weaken the child and affect the next element

Yeah but what IS dampness????
@studyacupuncturewithme23 күн бұрын
it's a result of an impaired spleen not transforming and transporting fluids in the body... this leads to accumulation of it .. which can cause dampness or phlegm
@AnnaMaria-zm8cv23 күн бұрын
@@studyacupuncturewithme interesting, I read it up on a chinese medicine page as well. I never heard of this dampness. Thanks for clearing it up. :) Its worth reading more into it.

Hello, Could someone have dampness in the lower abdomen area that results in daily protruding,distention, bloating from the lower abdomen small intestine or maybe bladder area ? 🙏 does dampness cause that ?
@studyacupuncturewithme23 күн бұрын
what you're describing sounds more like qi stagnation - qi stagnation manifests as distension and bloating

What about coffee? and damp foods like sugar, fruit, orange juice?
@studyacupuncturewithme25 күн бұрын
eating lots of sweets and sugar can bring on dampness and phlegm... fruit is considered in general according to TCM a COLD food, and since the spleen likes dryness and warmth, drinking excess orange juice or consuming excess fruit can go against what the spleen likes which is dryness and warmth... coffee just by itself like BLACk coffee is definitely HOT so excess consumption can lead to heat !

When i drink cold milk the rashes fade away, i do not have any loose stools or diarrhea I lead more to constipation. so how to How to Strengthen Lung Chi ?
@studyacupuncturewithme25 күн бұрын
Qi Gong is breathing, movement and mind-focus - which can strengthen overall qi in the body but has a great effect on Lung Qi since it can improve your breathing ... general aerobic exercise can also do so.... the lung and large intestine correspond with the metal element .. the TASTE that's associated with the metal element is PUNGENT..... so eating things that are PUNGENT can also strengthen Lung Qi like for example garlic... ginger.... onions...

Very well said.. When each one of us study to contribute selflessly to the society, not really to pass the exams and with business minded intention.. Then this world will be a better place .. With people of quality.. But unfortunately most professions because of the loan system and inflations have become business based and has lost quality and rpassionassion.. Medicine should not be profit based ..
