Cool, it lets you design the space again, nothing stopping for doing different layouts. Go nuts and make weird choices. Paint the house neon,make unique designs. Turn the space station into a boho paradise. Be creative.

:D sounds like you might get a House Flipper for yourself as well. Too bad CO-OP feature will be added only to House Flipper 2.

Thank you, this is the exact thing I was looking for! I’ve already bought the garden dlc, I was pretty annoyed that landscaping got locked behind a paywall, but the other ones sound much more worth it.

Yes, it's almost like you can see a level of progression with each new House Flipper DLC.

Thanks so much for this info. I had no idea there was an HGTV expansion, farm or the apocalypse one. In the base game on xbox we do have the tech apartments at least. Not sure if we have the apocalypse or not actually since they're not identified (or are they?). I've been waiting for over a year for the dlcs to go on sale, and they just won't. I found this video from searching to see if there are ever sales and I just miss them. Really really want the hgtv and the farm on xbox! They look awesome!

I was looking all over the internet for something like this and I finally found it on a tiny KZbin channel with 50 subscribers. Make that 51. 🙂You give lots of information that's useful for someone, like me, trying to decide which DLCs to spend their money on, all in one place. Well done!

:D There was some bug in Houe Flipper. ? It so happened that I looked only at the in-game clock on the mini-map. And when I saw the clock showing two hours and 45 minutes, I thought, oh wow, maybe I should wrap it up here. After ending the stream, it turned out the stream was a little bit less than two hours. I found the time skip in the video around 1:35:08, where it just jumped a whole hour ahead. Very strange.

Hello, this was a review of DLCs that have been out already for a while, and I had quite some time to try them. Farm DLC came out two days ago. Once I explore it more, I might make a video review on that. Although I can say right now, my first impression of Farm DLC is a - it's definitely a recommendation. 👍

Hey, heads up in the video, where I show the chart with the house count in each DLC. Around 15:43, I say 2, but the correct number is 6, which is visible in the chart. I said wrong. Will you be building your own house in the upcoming Farm DLC? Leave in the comments if you have an idea for a good and distinctive hashtag to show our builds.
