"inproper" isn't a word. It's "improper", so the word here isn't an example of /ɪn/ -> [m]. However, I don't know the etymology of the word and maybe historically it was spelled that way and then the pronunciation was gradually accepted into the spelling

They are in analogue distribution which cause no change in meaning , in the same position you can pronounced l with light or dark in the same position , causing no change in meaning, while complementary distribution concerning with sounds that ocuur at different positions like t in top and spot one is aspirated and the other is unaspirated.

[ʔ] is a glottal stop [ɾ] is a tap(a North American sound) [ɹ] is a rhotic r (the IPA [r] is the trilled r which is also known as Latin r)
