I put oil on before showering but ive stopped shampooing due to my dry scalp. I get to wash/scrub my scalp everyday and still have moisturized locks of hair. I have med to high porosity hair, so oil afterwards is a must and possibly some butter

I use this on damp hair as a leave in conditioner on my 3-c daughter. It’s the best I’ve found yet.

Why use a deep conditioner as a pre poo. Your hair is full of styling products you get no saturation of the actual conditioning ingredients.
