Your explanation is a bit convoluted. You can just say that it’s a Date-Just with a rotating fluted bezel with the timing marks.

3:00 look closely in slow motion date doesnt change instantaneous rather it slowly moves between 4-5 slowly before 12am Would have been icing on cake if it had instantaneous jump

Why do you keep saying “when starting out” ? It’s a timeless classic. I’ve owned many different Rolex’s including 41mm Sub date, YM 40 slate dial sports models and numerous Datejust’s. I disagree with your comments regarding when starting out.

I wish they didn’t change the writing to white and lighten the blue on the new ones, this color is unequivocally the best, it’s a shame the newer, better made ones are so bright
