The best option is *DENTAL TOURISM*. Get a passport and be willing to travel. You do not have to go far. I went to Los Algodones Mexico for full mouth restoration (Implants and permanent dentures). Cost in the USA $60K. In Mexico, $14K. It's literally a 5 minute walk from the border parking lot in Andrade California to the center of a small town with 350 dentists. Also pharmacies and optometrists. Do your own research, that is what I did. For the first time in my life (I'm just shy of 66) I have a great smile and the ability to eat without worry about my teeth.

All on 4 it seems like a butcher does the work. It's so bad that dentist said not to cut out 1 inch between upper and lower arch of healthy bone that you will never get back...and they said not to cut healthy gums...you should all be ashamed who does all on 4 and mutilated humans when you can do 3 on 6 or fp1 with just teeth and no plastic gums that u fit on people because you cut their healthy bone. Shame

Whatever works, but Invisalign would have never worked for me, even if it did exist back then. The case was just far too severe. It had to be metal braces along with a surgery.

I like in the UK, and this is excellent work. A lot of Brits go to Turkey for cheap dentistry, and often come back with more problems and worse than before they started. Turkey has no dental regulation (unlike the UK, Australia, and the USA etc), and there are some Dentists in it for the money,, and not the health or comfort, and thank goodness you people chose a local practitioner, who whilst no doubt is not cheap, at least is providing quality and long-lasting work.

Thank God you people stayed in Australia, and did not go to Turkey for cheap dentistry. Pay the money, and get it done right.
