Just a classic. This band had a unique sound. And made a huge imprint on the early eighties music scene.

Never given the full credit they deserved for what they did for the synth scene, still going strong live now and saw them last year in Oxford fantastic gig.

Ok interview with too much music videos interrupting the it. The straw that broke the camels back is when it just cuts off at the end while he's talking even though the interview is not over.

Feels odd being the first comment after 3 years but there's something very unique to this audio, as gorgeous as the original is, the poor quality just seems to add so much to this recording, like vague memories of that time? I'm not the best with words but there is just something so distinctive to this audio that makes it stand out, hauntingly beautiful really

Here is a late reply! This is a BBC session too. OMD played "Off All The Things..." twice for BBC. This was recorded at BBC studios in 1984 for Radio 1, not for John Peel like before, but at Richard Skinner's show. (Skinner had interviewed OMD almost every year till then - you remember the "A Constructive Conversation with OMD" promo vinyl for US market by Epic records?). The show included a short interview with Andy & Paul and they did live in the studio three tracks: "Julia's Song (as a 6 piece with Weir brothers)", "Hard Day" and "Of All The Things We Made" that I uploaded here. It was broadcasted on April 21st -1984, a week and 2 days before the release of "Junk Culture".
