‘Mummy and Daddy are fighting’. That makes me so sad. How many times is it really ‘Daddy is abusing Mummy’? And the kids, lacking maturity, often blame their mother, not realising she feels powerless, afraid and is physically vulnerable, that she takes the violence so that the focus of rage is on her and not her children-that she would willingly die for her kids.

When you can break your wife’s jaw and not even get a misdemeanor, but if you spit on a dead person it is a felony, the punishment has to change. Some men don’t even do time, they just send them to anger management. Totally disgusting.

Florida is doing a wonderful job Montgomery county Pa dose not care what the child sees or if the child is at risk or could of been hurt. Basically the man would have to directly punch the child in the face for them to strip the rights away from a abuser. They also force women with Protection orders to deal with the abuser and follow child visitation orders ....recently a chikd was murder during visitation this year and a women was shot during the child exchange. Its absolutely ridiculous what this county dose!

If these women stay with their abuser, how about them learning self defensive techniques. I have watched a lot of these, and they have two things in common; the women have long hair so that the husband can grab them by that, and I have seen so many opportunities where the wife can defend herself. I am so lucky not to have a husband like that. I have to remind myself that these are movies, and actors, but the real life is much worse.
@elizaevans37364 жыл бұрын
One reason that women have long hair is it's believed that their husband like them that way and she is trying to please him. I had a friend who couldn't cut her hair cause her husband wouldn't let her.
@sharondutton75584 жыл бұрын
@@elizaevans3736 My husband lets me wear my hair as short as I want, even down to a mans cut. I told him that I hate fusing with my hair so he lets me get it cut. I try to cut it myself, but he wants it done by a professional stylist. I guess I really hit it lucky with my man and his attitude. No abuse, in any way or form.
@elizaevans37364 жыл бұрын
Sharon Dutton, you are very lucky to have a husband who lets you have your hair the way you want. I was just saying that the reason they have long hair may be because of their husband/boyfriends want or demand that they have long hair. Some women don't have a choice. Some just want to please their husbands. Some aren't as lucky like you.

My parents had quiet fights;( dad went to the garage and mom stayed in the house), but dad never hit mom and vise versa. Yet my brother is very abusive while married to his first and only wife, who divorced him for that reason. We had yelling in the house, but no knock down or chocking. My brother to this day is still single, divorced for 30 or 40 years. He just doesn't get along with the human race!!!

statistics show police officers have some of the highest rates of domestic abuse within their own homes.
@KevSon293 жыл бұрын
@@freeirishmexicanamericangi9199 true, but do you know that law enforcements will take favor on women than men when it comes to domestic violence. If a female assaulted a man and then he hits her for self defense than the police arrested the man while women is free. We don't get that much help and service compare to women rights. I can't even call the cops as a man because if she hits me multiple times than I'll get arrested. I have been hearing alot from people were saying. "You don't hit a girl like that because you are a boy and handle the situation." If the situation was reversed than all hell break loose. You can loose everything for saying those words like that for an example even your friends.

It is not as simple as this. Some individuals suffer from serious personality disorders. Watch Sam Vaknin, Richard Grannon, Thrive after Abuse, even HG Tudor, self confessed narcissist, all their videos can be found on you tube. Abuse extends way beyond physical abuse. The emotional abuse is just, if not more damaging. Inform yourselves.
