Must be awful for steph not to be able to run - hope she recovers soon. Well done Jon!

@@freyameek966 , experienced runners are used to this sort of thing; time off from running due to injury. They all get back to it after recovery though.

This happened with my mom when I was a kid we went on a cruise in Denmark and mom was in the top deck of the ship watching the sea and suddenly strong wind blew and her skirt was flying in the air exposing her pink panties for few seconds and the moment wind blew her skirt up my mom screamed “aaahh omg” which caught attention of people around her. There was a tourist an old man from Italy he took my mom upskirt photos in his camera and said “Mama mia, Che Bella signora” my mom saw him taking photos and told him to delete them. He asked her to join him for drinks she initially refused after some compliments and convincing my mom agreed and went to the bar below inside the deck with him for some drinks.

We 100% suck at cadence songs in the British army. The reason being the speed at which we move leaves no oxygen in your lungs for singing & poofery. If you can sing they will run you faster until you are a human tube with air going in through you nose and coming out of your ass like a leaf blower. British Infantry xx.

This song's in a RAFWARMA song book I've got. Here's the lyrics from the start. Rock and Roll Chorus - Wey hey rock and roll Wey hey rock and roll A little bit of rhythm 'n' soul Early in the morning You've landed on the beach again Your orders are you're digging in The rising sun's a beautiful thing Early in the morning (Chorus) You stand-to when the sun goes down You're watching all the ground around You stand to watch it rise again Early in the morning (Chorus) From the bush a nestling sound Someone's moving on your ground The enemy's lying all around Early in the morning (Chorus) The enemy starts a creeping in Machine gun crews they start to grin The gimpy makes a terrible din Early in the morning (Chorus) You hear the whistle coming in You dive into the dirt again The shells they come a-raining in Early in the morning (Chorus) You hear a bullet whistle by You think your time has come to die Behind you there's that 'final sigh' Early in the morning (Chorus) You see a harrier overhead And then you see a flash of red Rockets are gone; the enemy's dead Early in the morning (Chorus) You look back to the rear and then You see the choppers coming in Over the bushes, trees and men Early in the morning (Chorus) They're hovering just above your head And then they're down and someone said We'll take the wounded then the dead Early in the morning (Chorus) Now look up to the front again They'll come again, you know not when The rising sun's a beautiful thing Early in the morning (Chorus) The mortar bombs are raining down You hear your buddies calling round But you just want to hug the ground Early in the morning (Chorus) The bullets they are flying high You see your buddies fall and die It's such an awful way to die Early in the morning (Chorus) You look around among the dying You see a friend or two are crying You wonder what the world's becoming Early in the morning (Chorus) The plane it's flying far away You know, you're homeward bound today It's sad so many had to pay Early in the morning (Chorus) You're on the street and walking tall You turn to hear the people call You've made the grade, you've done it all Early in the morning (Chorus)

Do you have the name of the book?
@fred-kendall6 ай бұрын
@@irishsn1p3s67 Pretty sure it was just called 'RAFWARMA Song Book'. My team leader bought it at the RAF Cosford Road Marching Competition. If you're in the forces, I believe RAFWARMA sells them at most events. Unfortunately I'm not sure if there's any way for civvies to buy them. Maybe check if one has ended up on ebay?
