It sounds like it's going to be nonsense, then there's the real intro at 0:35, the fast triplets at 0:41, the vocals at 0:47.. then at 0:59 you realize this song is amazing ^^ At least for the 90's era, it's way better than " Sash! - Ecuador " which sold 22 million CD's, as that song is much slower, and all about timbre & overall vibe.. as the score & lyrics are 'nothing'. These fast rave songs in the late 90's were cool, beyond all the 'doom metal' & 'trash metal' which some people liked.. fast rave is uplifting & happy, right? Which is cool. Now, over 20 years later, the electronic genre has continued in northern Europe, notably in Holland, like Sefa & Ophidian Etc. as really popular worldwide & high quality music..., again, far beyond " Sash! - Ecuador " which isn't music.. only timbre, vibe.. and a guy yelling " Ecuador! ". Much like Hocico in Mexico was inspired by dark electro & synthpop (Skinny Puppy Etc.), East-Asian countries will likely start more with northern European hardcore type of music, instead of c-pop, j-pop & k-pop, which is too 'bla'.

nice observation, although Ecuador was brilliant track!

It's good to know the true information. Thanks for letting me know that it's not by Dune, I didn't even know that was a name of a band until today. Back before google bought youtube someone posted a video of a human with a pink heart, before he or she evolved into a modern human.a million or so years ago. I want to see that video again.

Lyric Look at the stars and you'll see that it's real, If you look at the stars then you'll know you're a Starchild. Once you have seen it you'll always believe in the stars and the light you were born as a Starchild.

I have such a strange connection to this song. Spotify recommended it to me, which I don't understand since I don't listen to this kind of music. This song makes me feel strange, though. A kind of feeling in my chest, as if I'm longing. Longing for what, I don't know. Going somewhere far, far away? Escaping this bland and horrid reality, and instead ascending beyond this perception of what's real. Maybe it'll happen, one day. One day. EDIT: Tomorrow I'll look at this in a different way, shake my head and chuckle at my late night ramblings. I hate that. In the day, I'm busy with so many other things, it keeps these thoughts at bay. When I sit in my bed now, and look into the darkness of the room I can only see clearly. I feel like sobbing.

I guess the lyrics might be about dreaming big. As I understand it, the term "starchild" means someone who achieves great things. or There is also a conspiracy theory that many human souls might origin from other places in the Universe, and that the term "starchild" might mean someone whose soul origins from another planet in the Universe.
