It was nice meeting you too, my pleasure to help you find the falls I have been hiking out there for over 20 years and know all the main and side trails, If you come after a good rain the little falls will be more impressive and probably difficult to cross but it's doable you just might get you feet wet if the water is deeper because of the rain. Hi Sharon. Sharon, if you drive out to the corner of Cedar Lane in Brooks Road, you could park there and crossed Brooks Road there is a trail that will take you up to those powerlines or you could just drive up the road a little further on Brooks Road turn right on bear Hill Road and you’ll see a parking area about a half a mile up the road and access to the powerlines. That’s where I took that hike from either way it’s a lot of woods, so bring the normal things you would bring when hiking in the woods and bug spray for ticks. Yes Bear love hiking and he is built for it, when we do over night trips, which I have not for 2 years now , he can carry up to 30 lbs which is very helpfull especially with water because that is the heaviest thing I have to carry when there is not water where I am going.. He keeos this old man in shape. I have to take him every day no matter the weather...

Thank you. I normally have drone footage but unfortunately in Connecticut, it’s against the law to fly a drone in a state forest or a state park. I have no idea why but that’s the law.

I walk him off leash but never let him near people or other dogs off leash. He’s not good with all dogs and some people don’t like off leash dogs. It depend on the dog and person if they meet him in for leash. Just to be safe when I see some one coming Ming I leash him. The leash law reads dogs must be on a leash or under your voice control all the time. Bear listens to me all the time snd ware’s a shock color just in case.

I was hiking in state parks and filming with my drone but had to take down those hike because this state has it against the law to film with a drone in a state park or state forest, you think they would concentrate on laws against crimes on drones but now I am looking for other interesting placed to hike where I can fly by drone and get arial footage so thanks for subscribing and I will be getting some interesting footage posted especially when spring hits... I do photography and video for a living but am semi retired not...

@@MyFriendBearBear we better look up more of the local state park laws before we start. We love finding other channels to learn from so looking forward to more. This community is so supportive and encouraging..

He doesn't go far maybe 2 houses each way but he will eat at other houses if people feed him and he is fat I've been trying to get him to lose weigh but with other people feeding him it's a losing battle, we got him as a kitten and he is 6 years old now, Bear was 10 week old when Garfield was 1 year old.

I thought He would share they are best friends and he has shared before.
