Every once in a while, a replay of the whole series is necessary. It always takes me back to being a kid again. Fable II is always going to own a significant chunk of my heart. Good memories. Good times. Thanks to my dad for buying me these games

While walking around the outskirts of Morrowind in Teso, I wanted to listen to the original soundtrack. both versions are good. in any case, when I go into Teso, turn off the interface and just wander around Morrowind, I plunge into childhood. like it❤

My first character was a Dunmer because they had red eyes and dark skin like Drow. He had combat magic and two handed weapon mastery. It didn't occur to me that you needed your hands free to cast magic, so his major level gaining skills were mutually exclusive

Nothing, absolutely nothing beats Morrowind soundtrack. How is it even possible that people were this skilled back then and all of it is just lost by now?

I was introduced to the Elder Scrolls by pure happenstance. I was cleaning out my closet, and came across a CD that came with my video card. I was about to toss it, but noticed, "hey, on the cover there's what looks like a dark elf wearing some funky orange armor. Might be worth installing...". As great as Skyrim is, Morrowind is my first love. The weird but well-developed geo-political situation and mytho-religious history of the Dunmer, the giant mushrooms and flying jellyfish; this is a fantasy you can immerse yourself in like few others. Completing quests and finding exotic locations and artifacts felt like accomplishments in Morrowind. I hope to see a Morrowind-style hard-core mode in the next Elder Scrolls that dispenses with quest targets.

This track will always remind me of running around Vivec, Canton to Canton looking for the Rare book merchant. All so I could get a stupid book for the mages guild. I must have spent 3-4 hours just chatting with every npc.

When games were fully developed and good !

"When games were fully developed" said of one of the buggiest and quirkiest games of its era. Like man I love Morrowind too but don't be out here acting like it was finished on release. Shit's been patched for years now and it's *still* got a host of glitches, exploits, and generally questionable, inscrutable design choices. Like... that's half the charm of the goddamn game, even!
@ThunderingRoar3 ай бұрын
out of all the games to call fully developed you chose morrowind lol

@@wildebur Yeah, just found out today that in the unpatched version, the unarmored skill did not work unless you had at least one piece of armor on. Explained why I could never get a monk character to work.

My Xbox One S just stopped working yesterday after 8 years of playing. I started playing Morrowind on Original Xbox. I was almost level 50 on Skyrim. I can't believe I made so many characters since 11/11/11 and all of them were lost due to memory corruption or me accidentally resetting my Xbox way too much I love Elder Scrolls:]
