Do some interviews with the YT pepper growers, Numex/CPI aren't getting noticed online.

Is this why you see so many training around Alamogordo? Or are those service members even aware of this? This is amazing.

Brings a HUGE smile to my face. One of the many things that I miss about home. The smell of roasted green chilis in the air during chili season is indescribable... I have since moved away and get my fix through jarred and canned hatch chili, but while it is a necessary part of my life still, it can't match the soul soothing part of NM green chili... the lived experience. Green chili is a must ingredient in most of my dishes and I still am able to buy it (processed and in a can) from the store, but there is nothing more soul soothing than buying a sack of fresh chilis, roasting them, throwing them into a trash bag to bring home and peel. Sitting on the porch with family having a peeling session and occasionally munching down on a piece and having a good time. I miss those days I worked for Smiths for a few years in Highschool, and I was always one of the ones who ran the roaster for the season. Its weird to say now because I didnt make much at all, and it was a simple job, but I genuinely miss doing chili roasting. I had pride in doing it, and it was simple and everyone loved it. I miss those times.

Jim's face says it all. It's hard to listen to them children testifying against their abuser. You go from wanting to cry to wanting to hurt a chomo all within seconds. I couldn't do it anymore. It's good to see that some of the original people are still members.
