My husband and I shared a love just like this. We were truly one in the Lord and had an amazing journey together until I lost him to cancer 3 1/2 years ago. There's no pain like the pain of having to say goodbye to your best friend and the person in your life who makes you feel whole. It's so surreal to me, even to this day. I know it has been 8 years for Rory now, but seeing the love they shared, I know that there must be a place in Him still to this day that only God can comfort. I don't think it will ever go away, or at least not for me. It's amazing to see his courage to continue living and even finding love again. I'm definitely not there. I still feel crippled like I'm missing a part of myself. I'm just leaning into the Grace of God to get me through one breath, one day at a time.

He got his sentence over turned he got life but he can't go to population because of death threats. He has gotten jumped on and beat up couple times. I think he should have went on his life is unliviable. He says now he deserves everything he has gotten.
