for berry 28, you should be able to super into the block and then dash as soon as you make contact with the block to save maybe 0.5 seconds. it's a small timesaver, but it is free

I think when you grab a feather you're meant to end up at the same height as the feather? so if you grab it from below then you get a bit of upward momentum to start and then oscillate up and down until you've leveled out at the correct height? and if you grab a feather from way below it, while you're still on the ground, you're given a LOT of upward momentum from the correction, and in this case you gain enough height to clear the spikes and land on the platform above! a few people triggered it by accident after collecting this strawberry, and then Goombs found the setup that I used in this run and posted it on the discord

4:15 you can do an ultra dash there, dash, click the jump a little bit, jump with the same speed without dashing at the second jump and you can use a later dash to go in a straight line

you always gain a bit of height when you dash in midair, it's just more noticeable when you chain dashes together

being able to adjust it while collecting strawberries helps a ton! I struggle to control it while moving so I try to preemptively get it into position as much as possible
