What is the boat like on the inside?

I'm currently sitting at my desk watching a mama-to-be hummindgbird on her nest. It's dark, and I usually don't see her first thing in the morning so I was curious when she falls asleep (goes into torpor). She is so sweet and I am so lucky to have been watching her build her nest each day and flying about. She made face to face contact with me a few times before building her nest, sussing me out, and decided I'm trustworthy.

So, what happened to Friday Harbor? And what about the ship, food, your cabin and other stuff?

I love seeing this because my twins pop up just after the 4 minute mark. They are 21-years-old now. I also see my dear dad as well and many other familiar faces.

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your adventure. That vessel you arrived on ran aground there at the Dalles, on Thanksgiving of 2003. She had a finer name then. Our passengers that day didn't get to see as much as you did, but they had a thrill ride that wasn't on the itinerary. Locks, docks and rocks.

Thanks for the lovely 8 part tour, Les. After watching with my wife, we both asked "do we still need to take the cruise after seeing this?" We'd still like to - I just have to plan a side trip aboard the AMHS from Juneau to Sitka to see where my grandma grew up and my great-grandpa is buried. Love your guitar selections, too. I tried to learn Al Petteway's Sligo Creek, but gave up. I'm more of a Chet or Dylan style finger picker in standard tuning.

I want to visit Port Angeles but I have heard that they had a large un-sheltered population that were using the alleys as bathrooms and there was a lot of drug related crime. Did that seem like that was the case or are people over reacting?
