CAUTION!!! This is not necessarily a mature software product. For example, I have found that most of the features, and any help with the app itself, are only available on the phone app. As an app developer they could really use a Tech Support department and their Development could really use a Quality Assurance group. Most of the issues I have experienced would benefit from a robust help system or a PDF manual or a specific stepped guide thru the whole product - which simply isn't there yet. For example, I have learned more from this video than I have from Unscripted Support which (in the 3 months I have owned a Lifetime Pro plan) has NEVER ONCE answered a question I have sent them. There are a ton of greatly touted features - but the interface is not intuitive - for example, many things exist off-screen and you have to scroll to find them with no indication that there is more below. Furthermore, there is no help on the PC side - so unless you LOVE working almost exclusively from your phone, you might want to think again. They have been promising to update the WEB version - but still not happening and some of it just doesn't make any sense. I edited a questionnaire template and after I attached the wrong one to my Shoot, I tried to select the right one and couldn't. The only solution was to delete the shoot and start all over... and how to delete a shoot I only found out thru this video... couldn't find it anywhere else. PS, MY First Rant about this was somehow deleted from this video - so this is my tamed-down review of the product...IT NEEDS HELP - LItterally!

This genuinely took me about 30 minutes total of playing around, tying, untying, and repeating until FINALLY getting it down perfectly. I will absolutely say, this is by far the most perfect thing I've ever done with straps and also my first. 🤣 Though, just going off the physics, this thing holds itself together extremely nicely. It makes me wonder if this is technically the intended design of it? The way the ends get squeezed in-between the other two sides makes this feel so secure, I could probably whip my camera over my head like a lasso and still it would never come undone. Not even kidding. 😂

I like shoot proof. However, I have found out that you can't allow clients to buy from different galleries. I shoot a lot of football games. I can't merge galleries or parents can't add pictures from different galleries to the cart and purchase all at the same time. That is the 1 thing that will probably force me to use Zenfolio

It's okay, but I think there must be better ways. This looks similar to what's in the manual of my new camera. However when I compared my new camera to my old one, the old one seems to have them differently (and maybe better), and I'm not entirely sure why 😂 Now I got to figure out how I did it with my old camera, without opening it up too much 🤣

Tremendously helpful video. I only took up photography recently and at a fairly late stage in life. Picked up the ZV-e10 with a few different sony lenses. I quickly realised that I would need to edit my photos but was reluctant to dive into the adobe suite due to cost and learning curve. I have just purchased Luminar Neo a couple of hours ago and can already see that is is a great tool for someone like me. Watching your video was very helpful as a basic tutorial for getting started so thank you for uploading and sharing. Liked and subscribed.

I feel this is a amazing tutorial. This software seems to have what i was looking for as a somewhat new photographer. However, the only thing i feel is that this is too easy? 😅 I mean i like easy/simple, but feel like id be cheating abit. But on a more serious note, im abit worried that when i edit some photos might look too fake-ish. Hopefully i can reduce how much A.I it looks. Like a natural look on most my photos.

Unfortunately, I decided not to renew my Luminar Neo subscription. Great features BUT it is crashing non stop. Have a new AMD PC with with an NVIDIA 4080. CAN’T EVEN MAKE 1 edit. Other software like Resolve and Movavi are working great. Luminar NEO went from 5 stars to 0 for me.
