If TVS wants to remain in business, they need to rethink their entire approach, starting with basic accountability.

I even escalated the matter by speaking directly with the company’s employees, yet the level of apathy and negligence remained the same. In my entire life, I have never encountered such a terrible product and such disgraceful service from any company. TVS iQube is an utter disappointment, and their approach to customer service reflects sheer incompetence and lack of accountability. Avoid TVS at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
