Okay so to start off I never brushed my teeth while growing up I did in the beginning but I think I stopped around like 7 or 10 years old I'm 17 now and the reason i stopped being sensitivity issues and not wanting to, now despite the sensitivity issues I want to keep them clean because I've developed health anxiety that makes me fear gingivitis and other gum diseases and a lot of other sicknesses just one question is it normal after you haven't brushed your teeth in a really long time for them to feel weird or like not hurt or burn just tingly and weird and for your gums to bleed a bit (not a lot but more then enough) my grandma says my gums look healthy and that we are planning a dentist appointment but I have a hard time believing her, she says that they look healthy and pink but i don't know if the red spots that were above the gums of like two teeth is a gum disease like gingivitis or just inflamed gums from not brushing in a long time and the gums trying to adjust to it every other time i went to the dentist they said i was healthy but I haven't been in a Long while I just needed those questions answered

Hello! I had a doubt. Does the DFT applications for NHS are only open in the August and sep once in a year. I am a dental student & I'll give my ore part 2 in sep, the applications close at 5 sep, but after that my exam dates are, so if the application opens only in aug & sep once year that means I ll need to wait a whole year till next sep to get into NHS?

The brushing before or after breakfast debate… I have a weird technique of brushing my mouth, gums, tongue (not teeth) when I wake up. I’ll drink water and have breakfast. Wait about 45 mins to an hour then brush my teeth (along with whole mouth again) to clean my teeth of the food and coffee I just consumed. Coffee is a big teeth no no but I’ll never give it up!

Hi I wanted to ask you showed how to brush your top and bottom set of teeth outside and inside but how many rounds do you brush your top set and bottom set each time.
