Every one on this track “Rose In Paradise” lays back for Paul Yandell, even Reggie Young. Mad Dog Respect. 1/2025, so many on that stage have passed on. 😢

I know we have a tremendous amount of talent in country music today but they just don’t make ‘em like Conway anymore. No way! Born in 1933 in the cotton belt. Grew up in hard times. Poor times. He was shaped and molded by the times. You can’t fake experience. You have to dig deep to find real country music but it’s worth the effort.

My father would always critique and mock me for liking Conway. He was into KISS (he was also a chomo). Frankly, I laugh at my father for liking a band who played 3 chords and repeated 2 words in a chorus. Guess using too many big words like "the" was too educational for him. Conway FELT the music, he breathed it and he's forever a legend who even got Family Guy's approval

He took elvis away from his roots and and destroyed the originalty and the actuality about the true elvis and turned elvis into something elvis wasn't that took a toll on elvis being something he wasn't elvis will always be at his best in th 50s and early 60s that's when he was in touch with his true self and all his real Charisma and talents was at its bast elvis did great things all through his career but always be at his very best in the early stages of his life and career he if he had a better manager in his corner elvis would have been happier lived longer and all his great potential as a vocalist and actor would have always been utilized correctly elvis should have got rid of him in the early 60s

Parker was a leech, Elvis was destined to be "The King" he would become .. it may have taken a little longer without Parker .. just think how big Elvis😊 would have become if he had toured europe & the rest of the world.. RIP Elvis, there was no one before you came along !!
