The NOAH shooting system has pulled their promo featuring Cal, Brad, and the Hogs. Go watch The Hogwild Podcast episode "Is Arkansas Basketball in Trouble?" as they played the whole thing. Is the Cal endorsement & Hog declining shooting percentages bad for business. What company pulls a promo like that?

I told tou guys Cal was a bum.
@HawgsontheHill6 күн бұрын
One game doesn’t mean Cal is a “bum”. I’m not saying I expected this team to win it all but I think they will put it together and have success for year 1.

@HawgsontheHill perhaps, but an entire career suggests otherwise.

"Bowl Game" winners are NOT "Champions"

Fair assessment but we are the champions of that bowl.

If he admitted of doing it on purpose he needs to apologize to the TT player and the team and apologize to his team and set out the first games of next season for punishment. But to be band from football no . I seen worse than this on field than that and no one says to be band . I seen Razorback players taking punches. But they say nothing . Be for real all you saying he needs to be banded . To me it looked more accidental because he immediately stepped up off once he seen he was on someone foot .

Apparently the modern day NIL Locker room makes you guys OBSOLETE to comment on team and player perspectives. Go enroll in a cutting edge coarse in monetized team sports

What do you mean makes “us” obsolete?

Watching Tennessee they are a very flawed team offensively. Great defense but Nico is nothing like Nuss. I think we have the best QB in the SEC honestly. Not even being biased but he has the best fundamentals out of everyone I’ve seen so far. Hope he comes back one more year to fix that deep ball accuracy like Jayden did. Good luck moving forward! Tigers were simply ready
@edmurphy90282 ай бұрын
LSU offensive line is elite. They’re now learning to run block to supplement the passing game. Last year they didn’t have to traditional run block due to Jayden Daniels

UT's defensive line is a lot better than A&M's. Our DE's are much better and we rotate 12-13 guys. Our D-line depth is crazy. 5* redshirt frosh DT Daevin Hobb's is on our 3rd string DT rotation with Jaxson Moi who is a beast in his own right. Our 2 deep at DT is Omari Thomas and Omar Norman Lott, and then Bryson Eason and Elijah Simmons. Our run D has been tops in the SEC this year and last year and we have lead the nation in TFL's. Transfer DB Jerod McCoy is awesome, he has already proven he is a shutdown corner and a top tier SEC corner. Our starting LB's are also very good and can fly around sideline to sideline.

J. Jackson was cramping all game, Luke haz was holding his back on the touchdown. Looks out of shape to me.
@HawgsontheHill4 ай бұрын
Like we mentioned, you have to think that he went from 8 carries week 1 to 24 in week 2. Plus he didn’t play much after halftime in week 1 as well. Hasz looked like he just tweaked his back but Pitt said he should be good to go for this week.

Oh and tsylen green missed Rodney hill for a walk in touchdown in overtime. He threw it at his ankles. It was terrible.
@HawgsontheHill4 ай бұрын
Agreed, that should have been 6 points. I do believe that the chemistry will get better as the season goes on and you won’t see as much of that later on.
@PoohBearDaPlug4 ай бұрын
Coaching errors is 100% the problem. Final 10 seconds and we’re not prepared to spike the ball, plus when we did spike the ball, we have two wr’s running across the field just to snap the ball. Terrible.
@HawgsontheHill4 ай бұрын
Correct, that last 10 seconds was most likely coaching. However, the fumbles and picks that actually cost us the game had nothing to do with coaching. The coaches are the ones out on the field making the plays or dropping the ball.

I don't mean to be negative. But I really want the Little Rock games to come to an end. War Memorial has seriously gone down hill. I can understand scheduling an in-state (between Arkansas schools) games there but there should never be a SEC game there again. Back in the day the two stadiums were comparable, War Memorial was even better than Fayetteville in some areas. But it's no longer the case. And Little Rock kept the Eastern and Southern part of the state attached as fans. But with the TV contracts since the late 2000's and streaming services taking over what were the PPV games of the 90s, and improved travel across the state since the 90's, it's no longer needed as a place Arkansas needs to go in that regard. Dallas seems like a better place to make an impact, grow the fanbase, and have a presence with recruits. I think that's why Cal scheduled the game against Baylor in Dallas. It's different in basketball going to Little Rock because students are normally out of school and they play several games in BWA to begin with. And there's a number of high quality recruits in Little Rock in basketball as compared to football. Just my thoughts, probably a little long for a comment. lol.

The lack of faith these web sites are showing is truly unbelievable, you got one talking bout hunter pulling the trigger already on Sam, when a grown man cries about coaching a team that finished 4-20 like Sam did good things are bound to happen, having two of four winning seasons is not great but it's a start, who they gonna get to coach Bp. Never happen, Gus doesn't want the job, might talk Eli into it I doubt it. The coaching staff Sam has now has potential to do some big things especially since Nick is gone

If we can win or keep that Ok State game close then I think it definitely builds confidence for our guys. If so I can see 7-8 wins depending on staying healthy and other issues.

Ryan mallet had -84 rushing yards to end his career. I sense a similar season if this kid has to run a lot and is getting stuck by SEC level linebackers. Cause he sure ain’t getting that level of competition at practice we have 3 star linebackers. The LSU’s, the Tennessee’s, are gonna lay the wood. Hate to say it but I’m far from delusional and I know talent when I see it. Pooh bear OUT! ✌️

Great show guys. This season can't get here fast enough, and I hope to see all of these naysayers shut up about Pittman. That game at Oklahoma State will tell us a lot about this team as they are picked to win or compete for that top spot in their conference. If that goes our way I can see us getting eight or nine wins and all of these negative nancies singing Pittman's praises 🎉.
