I have a inverter of 11 kWh of gooto recently bought from yolanda , 38 number setting is not editable so that i can export to grid, using password 1234, is there any other passwords ? Your support is poor from india, kindly work on support i.e. doorstep services.

I ordered GOOTU 8.2KW Solar Charger Dual Off-Grid Inverter at the beginning of June 2024 and it broke after 5 months. The customer service has no idea and writes me nonsense that the lead battery 48 V, 700 Ah is too weak, although it has 95% of its capacity in the C 5 test. Not recommended!
