hi! thank you! and *sigh* yes i should edit some sketchbook photos in. ive been sort of resistant to editing the vlogs cuz i edit my other content so much. so timing and some solid pausing would be good for my future videos. i did think about this comment when I included the scketch-book drawing into the subsequent character project; paused on the still for a bit before beginning the speed draw chapter. thanks for the feedback! be well✨

Have you ever read Faeries by Brain Froud and Alan Lee? When I was a kid I used to have that book and I was obsessed with it, it definitely influenced me a lot especially in my art style. I feel like you would really like it!

yes omg i loved that book too! i dont have it now but im slowly redeveloping my Brain Froud library. he has such a special way of drawing/painting. and Alan Lee too. when i was young I was less attracted to his drawings; they weren't as emotive, but now i appreciate his gentler poetics.
