You should still move your pump because the chunk your LV one depleted is still depleted so your pump is pumping 1 chunk less. Not that it matters much anyway tho lmao

A bit late to the party but you can actually use only 1 LDFP for both Benzene and Oil. You do it that way : I1 - - O1 | ------ | O2 - - I2 Network 1 would be Benzene, while 2 would be Oil. How this works is that since LDFP input and output needs to be at least 64 blocks away, I1 wont connect to O2 and same for I2 and O1. You could’ve saved quite a bit of steel doing it that way

Esteemed CEO of HamCorp, I was wandering if, in your pursuit of architectural pleasantness, you might benefit by covering you cables with glass facades, so that you can admire the spaghettiness of your superb contraptions while keeping a level surface for you to stand on. I was also wondering when I can expect my role of unpaid intern of 5 years to be promoted to a paid position, my children are going to school soon and will no longer be able to work to provide for the family, thank you for your kindness and understanding.
@Ham-Corp
@Ham-Corp 13 күн бұрын
Dear intern, This is a fine suggestion, if the glass facade textures connect nicely. HamCorp is not a fan of the border on glass blocks that gives large windows a gridlike appearance. Entry level positions (for fresh graduates with no previous employment) at HamCorp require only 4 years of experience. Unfortunately, since you have had previous employment as an unpaid intern, you do not qualify for an entry position. You can apply for a more senior role, but those require 8 years of experience. Note that upon leaving your unpaid intern position, you will be required to pay for all HamCorp air that you consumed during your time with us. Best, HamCorp

Your IC2 crops need 4 blocks of dirt beneath them for optimal growth, with some crops needing a ‘special’ block as the 4th or lowest to allow them to fully grow and thus optimally harvest (black stone lily for instance needs black granite)

Dear HamCor CEO, To add to your cursed wall-sharing, you can put your input hatch for DT and output hatch for Oil Cracker (you need to lock the output) in the wall shared area and look directly to each other so you wont need to use any pipe at all. Also, in theory, you should be able to share 6 more blocks. That would cost 0.000218% less in companies overall raw material budget, so shareholders would be really happy. Also for lubricant generation, since you have a source of nearly infinite Creosote Oil, just using distillery would be easier. Lube yield is less but you won't spend any redstone during the process. And one last thing. Due to super busy season at Köfteistan LLC at the moment, we might miss this if the HamCorp already implemented this tech, but you can connect AE2 with LP network. If you want LP to read AE2, connect a Provider Pipe or chassis pipe with Provider Module to an interface. And for other way around, we didn't tested it yet, so it's just a theory, you can connect a Request Pipe to an interface or storage bus. It is super useful during the migration period between the networks. Best Regards, Köfteistan LLC Global Branch

Dear CEO, Using two fluid P2Ps might be a bit of an overkill to transfer fluids from a dual interface and at the moment might also be a bit expensive, you could use a GT fluid pipe instead with a pump. Same thing applies for the return, just use an item pipe, no need for a conveyor. If you aim for diversity instead you could look into translocators, they are quite neat as well. Best regards, A frugal employee
@Ham-Corp
@Ham-Corp 23 күн бұрын
Dear frugal employee, In order to cut costs and report record high profits, we must first have unnecessary costs. But you're right, there was no real reason to use a fluid P2P there, I just felt like it, and the Strategy department has been ordered to find a justification retroactively. Best, HamCorp

Dear CEO of HamCorp, Please consider using ilmenite instead of bauxite to get easier access to rutile, you just need EV chemical bath with sulfuric acid and an electrolyzer to fully recycle the acid and get iron on top of it, also you get slag that can be centrifuged for some other nice mats like tantalum. For your molecular assemblers you don’t need to attach cables to them and you can attach interfaces to all six sides, it will still be quite fast using only one molecular assembler. For your lootbags I highly recommend enchanting them with fortune, getting books either from enderio enchanter or bibliocraft (Thaumic restorer would help as well, but that’s another can of worms), it removes trash from the loottables and you will have to think about alternative ways to generate great amounts of saplings and seeds. Regards, A concerned employee
@Ham-Corp
@Ham-Corp Ай бұрын
Dear concerned employee, I have indeed been manually processing ilmenite in the background to build up to the bauxite processing line. After that, I will set up the ilmenite line with automation as well. I wasn't able to get the assemblers working without the direct connection. They wouldn't power up, not sure why. Might have to do with it being at the other end of a P2P connection? I will be hoarding lootbags starting now, another employee reminded me on discord how expensive ender chests are and that it's so much nicer to get them from IV lootbags than to make them. Regards, HamCorp
