Damn, I got a pacu instead of red belly piranha . They look almost the same wheen they're juvenile

The spots are different, pacus have connected spots. The jaws are different too, piranhas have longer lower jaw. And their tail has black on the base and of course razor sharp teeth. Pacu look like human teeth

Your nitrates are probably too high! Regular water changes and feeding them a well balanced fish (flowerhorn) food they double in size in less than 2 months... Make sure your ammonia and nitrates are in balance or it will stunt your fishes growth...

Ne Mo 46 do you have any method of testing your water? Keep nitrates 10ppm or lower and make sure the water temp is at least 75-78F. Stressed fish won’t grow.. is he/she eating? Do they swim up to you and follow you around?

Ne Mo 46 try using a vitamin supplement! A few drops in food every time you feed them will help with ensuring they’re getting the proper nutrients....

Hey hi. Do you know if he plugged it in the amplifier of the car or in the speakers? I'm asking cuz I'v already installed a double din pioneer radio in the original amplifier of a 1999 ES300, and there was a constant white noise in the background. Same in an ES300 95.

I have an mhd750/1 to 2 jl 10w3v3d4's. Sounds good but curious about the sundown sa's since reading so many reviews on them. Have you ever had a chance to compare? Is the amp paired with 1 sa? Do you think the amp would handle 2 sa's?

James Cancienne 1sa can handle 1000rms of clean power without any issues.. I also have a JL 12w7 and the SA 12 hits harder on the HD750/1.. if you get 2 SA 12 you would need a minimum of 1000rms.. SA 12 is a beast of a speaker..

Gio Merlino Yes they will.. Pothos plants are poisons to fish! But I've seen cases where fish have eaten this plant and nothing has happened to them! IMO better to be save than sorry! Pothos are great for keeping your nitrates low! Mine never go above 20ppm..

That's the nicest piranha setup I've seen. The fish look very healthy, the fins don't look to be nipped all that bad.

Piranha Fish The tiny fish you see are neon tetras and are from the same family known as Characins from South America! I believe they are related (Correct me if I'm wrong). As long as you have a big enough tank and hiding places for the small fish to swim away and escape they should last! But from time to time you will see one or two missing if they get to big and can't swim away fast enough! The smaller the fish the better! Had mine for 6 months till I had to replace a couple of them Lol Adding other species of fish to the tank keeps the predators nice and calm. 😄

Swearengen Filters get cleaned every 6months. Water changes every week 70%. Try your best to keep your nitrates below 20ppm and your fish will be heathy 😀

i just got one...put it in my tank with my mothers sailfin platties,a roseline torpedo shark,6 tiger barb and 7 black neon tetra...platties are gone and the tigers eat each other...all good in the hood.
