this competition is rigged, the host is rude and the judges are stubborn. they are discriminating against different countries. they only want to make themselves look good and dont care about participants and about planet or saving the earth. they are all about money and reputation. waste of time, money and energy.

Patience came up again today and I went back to this video for encouragement. My business is doing well but I am transitioning into more real estate sales and out of where I was last year more home repairs. However things are moving slower than I would like so in the interim I need your encouragement to keep holding on. Thanks PT

Today I watched his message in 2023 called Dig until God does. The fact that I found this later on in the day, an old message, posted in 2011, with absolutely NO CLUE he would read the exact same verse I heard earlier blew me away. God sees you, and He hears us. Even if we don't feel it, or see it. He IS there, He IS real, and He is listening and hearing us!!!

QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION Go further with this episode by discussing the following questions with your team, or engaging in some personal reflection: According to Paula, even though you may never “overcome” fear, you can work through it by expecting and anticipating it, and then normalizing it. What impact does fear have on your life and calling? How does it play out? What would it look like to take Paula’s advice and start expecting it? What mindset shifts would need to happen for you to normalize your fear?

Go further with this episode by discussing the following questions with your team, or engaging in some personal reflection: In your opinion, what’s the difference between the ideas of work-life balance and work-life integration, and why is it important to recognize the difference? Cynt advocates strongly for a workplace that can celebrate everyone who is there. What are some of the challenges in crafting a workplace like that? What are some of the wins?
