I really appreciate this podcast, but I need to point out something I think the moderator should stop profiling. I guess she hasn't thought deeply about it. Stereotyping. Stereotyping Nigerian parents of your generation as either doctor, lawyer e.t. no your generation didn't get that from parents. It was in the 1970s and infact earlier not late 70s. Yes, Nigerian parents do not understand or support a random vague idea that has no success example they can see. Since the 70s till date, income creation and types of jobs have changed, so really, 20s and 30s years in age, can't say nigerian parents say only lawyer, doctors n engineers. Not any longer as the world has evolved. What they want is for you to get your duck in the roll so you get clarity and not just turning something that should be a hobby without you thinking how to create income. 2nd Stereotype is the hell thing. I am thinking, what age are you guys ?? Most churches now don't even talk about hell as much as it was in the 1980s. So Stereotyping Nigerian churches in a global audience as churches in which you are been told it's hell, I think you should consider the implications it will be having on some people that is new to the faith or are work in process. It can be very, very misleading. Talk about your personal experience without stereotyping Nigerian churches as a whole. I know you don't mean it that way, but it doesn't change the fact that when you use such phrases, it does have more of a negative implications than positive.

This show is definitely a blessing, being an interior designer entrepreneur who needs to trust God and trust the process and believe that there IS light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you Jesus for bringing this to me at the time when I needed it.

This video has been sitting in my ‘watch later’ list for months now. This whole week I’ve been praying about how I do not want to live an ordinary life (an ordinary life is going to school, graduating, getting married, having kids, getting old, having grandkids. Basically working for your daily bread)- P.S. this is not necessarily an ordinary life to the next person, I’m talking about this from my pov. My prayer has been about asking God what my role is in this generation and how to make my life more than just about the ordinary and I’ve been watching sermons about it. This morning, right after praying, I’m going through my ‘watch later’ list and checking what to watch and all of a sudden I find this video and watch it. I believe I was lead here 🥹🥹🥹
