when i watched how Soya Chaap is made, i vowed never to eat in my lifetime. Also, its gluten from wheat protein an not soya, so thats abother reason. What is your say on the unhygienic way uts prepared in just every part of India?

My aj phli dfa khreeda hy .iski khusbo jo ye salan my deta uska sun kr. Mhy jo mila usmy bht lkria hyn. Ye btEn kia wo lkria b masalay my use krni ya ùnko nikalna pry ga. My thri si stick chuba kr dekhi bilkul mitti jesi thi nak dalchini jesi ,jisko chbanay sy aik flavor feel hta..main purpose to use this is to increase aroma and add flavour ...so i m careful ,k ye lkria kahin salan my bki masalo ko khrb na kr dy ,,,,i have no idea how to use this spice

आप सब इस मसाले के बारे मे जान गये होंगे मगर मे बता दूँ की ये कोई मसाला वसाला नहीं है ये एक बैक्टिरिया है फंगस है ये जहरीला भी हो सकता है सबसे बड़ी बात ये है की आप इस घटक को इकट्ठा गरम मसाले मे बिलकुल भी मत मिला देना वरना आप ज़ब इसे सब्जी मे डालोगे तो आपको कुछ देर बाद ऐसा लगेगा जैसे सब्जी सड़ गयी है बुस गयी है खराब हो गयी है मेरी मानो तो आप किसी भी सब्जी मे इसे मत डालना ये एक फंगस है यू ट्यूब वालों को बोलने दो जय श्री राम भाइयों बहनो

Excellent tutorial. You have explained very well, the difference between the 2 dals, the nutritional benefits of each, and in which dishes they should be used. You are a very good teacher. I have never seen or eaten matar dal. Today I came across a matar dal and spinach recipe. So I decided to find out what it was. In Kerala , this matar dal is not availalble....though we have a lot of Gujarati people here. Thank you for this video.
