Great cinematography… sound design… the whole production is flawless… you really hit the nail where it was meant to hit. Coming out of this kind of a rut in 2023 was very difficult… even today while we’re entering 2025… sometimes I let fear of failure take over and miss out on opportunities, but it’s only then that I realise why it’s worth it. All said and done, maybe we’ll do things differently tomorrow. ❤

All the people who tell us to be more responsible with our time, or won’t recognize that this isn’t necessarily something we choose. They have science behind how it interfaces so it releases more dopamine in our brain than anything ever has in history. The other adults and young people who claim it’s not a problem for them and admonish others, or the ones who freak out when we say something should change or be done. Those people need to shut tf up. This is affecting everyone and it is NOT ok anymore.

Hi I'm Stella, and this is the way I lower my screen time ass a kid (it might help you) 1)first go to settings and search: digital well-being and parental control 2) if you go a bit down you should see limits for application Go there and put a limit for all the applications you use like if you spent 6 hours on KZbin put a 1 hour limit (your point is not to have 1 hour of screen time if you add all the limits) 3)if you have a lot of apps that have the limits over 20 minutes and you know you are going to use them all, make yourself only sit on 3 apps that the limit is over 20-30 hours 4) if you leave the limits area, look under it,you should see bed-time You can put a schedule(the bed-time will activate 3 hours before you go to bed and 3 hours after you wake up) 5) leave the bed-time,and look under you will see a:focus area. Make a schedule,if the phone is impacting your studies put the schedule to active right after you go home from school so you can do your homework/study. If you are on winter/summer break you can put the focus mod to activete 3 hours before and after you sleep)wake up Hope this help I don't think it is practical to delete every single app on the phone I think is stupid but anyway Have a good day

Hey man I finished the video and I heavily relate to you man with being in a rut and wanting to help others, keep it up man your channel will blow up with consistency. Much love man and remember to be kind to your self sometimes going through a low is neccesary to climb back to a high.

Hey man your videos are very well edited. But a quick tip would be to use vid iq and if you dont want to just a reminder to change the title since having font messes with different devices and reduces search and potential views. Keep it up man!

Let me explain some things real quick. I made this video because I have been slacking over the past few months. I wasn't liking some of the videos I was making, and now I want that to change. I want to create stuff that really stands out, helps people, and that I enjoy making. But yeah I was just being super lazy, so this video represents what my life was like for a couple months. It takes place in the timeframe of a day, and it represents the mindset that forms when you start to get complacent. It's so easy to fall back into bad habits if you let yourself get comfortable, and I let myself get comfortable. The video is also a loop because sometimes life just gets stuck like this. But it's time for me to break out. I'm sorry for being gone and not really having any updates. I'm making videos again. I'm trying to get back on track with everything. Again I'm sorry and I hope to make a lot more videos very soon and get back on the grind. Love you guys.

Hey Max! 😸 I just read your post, and there’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while now. I’m not sure how to bring this up, but please know my intention here is not to offend you in any way. I just thought I could share my thoughts, so here I am... First, I’m really glad to see that you’ve noticed some of your old habits creeping back in, and it’s awesome that you’re actively trying to do something about them. That shows a lot of self-awareness. But then, I also noticed you mentioned getting too comfortable-letting yourself fall into that comfort zone. And it got me thinking... Aren’t you being a little too strict with yourself, Max? I totally understand the need for discipline, and I know that’s not easy to achieve. It takes a lot of hard work and resilience, for sure... But sometimes, being a little too hard on ourselves can actually make things harder in the long run. So, what if, instead of focusing only on the tough discipline, you also took time to really appreciate the progress you’ve made, even if it’s small? I think self-love-recognizing your own worth and being gentle with yourself-could really help build a stronger foundation for long-term growth. It’s not about letting go of discipline, but more about giving yourself the care and respect you deserve along the way. Again, I don’t mean to tell you what to do, and of course, you know yourself best. I just wanted to share my perspective, and I hope it doesn’t come across the wrong way. You got this! 🌟

hey max, i don't know if you remember me but ive known you since 300 subs.. isnt that crazy? I remember when you told me that if there was a flame inside of me, I would naturally start changing and feeling more productive. truthfully, i was jealous that you were able to succeed so much - mentally and physically. We were basically the same age(14-15) and I mean you went from 300 subs to ~70k in just a few months. That's insane. What you're experiencing is what I was/still am experiencing. But I'm slowly climbing out of it. I guess you can say that the fire lit inside me is finally slowly spreading. I'm starting to read more, study more, and get into enjoyable habits. Not just because I want to feel productive(that was the self-improvement mindset I always had). But because I feel passionate and fufilled. Heck, I might start making self-improvement videos cause I have a camera now and I know how to video edit lol. But I want to say: thank you, let's get through this together. Last year, for 2024, you said you were going monk mode, - you went max, you cut all of your hair off, you had all the spirit in the world. (In away it reminded me of past myself). But now it's 2025. Things are different. You know what to do.

I've been dealing with shame and disappointment in myself a lot recently. I know you shouldn't compare yourself to others, but have been googling some of my elementary friends to see what they are up to and one of them was a nationally competing javelin thrower and another is an insanely dedicated engineer while I'm just a boring kid with less than 10 friends and can't get my homework done because of my phone. I spend most of my days in my room, or at a school i hate, don't have a good connection with my parents, don't have any hobbies besides the gym, turned away from a girl I loved because I felt that she needed better than me, and hate my life. I don't want to put pressure on the video maker, but I sincerely hope this will change my life.
